We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, or even cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and Ethereum)!
We do not accept personal checks because we are not your landlord and this isn't 1995 ;) We do not accept money orders or direct bank transfers either. We're actually not sure if anyone does.
Afterpay is a payment plan that lets you pay for orders $35-$1000 in four interest-free payments instead of all at once. It's perfect if you see something in our shop that you love, but can't afford it all at once :) We want to make it easy for you.
Sure you can! :) It just has to be within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. If you want to change or cancel your order, give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our live chat (highly recommended)
If there's a problem with your order, you ordered the wrong size, or you just aren't happy with your order, we do free exchanges of equal or lesser value! It just has to be within 30 days of receiving your product. The best part? You keep the products you bought as our gift to you! :)Just email us at email@example.com or message us on live chat with your order # and the address you want us to ship to.
Oh no! If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect send us photo when you contact us to help! We'll send you a replacement free of charge :)
Shipping is always free worldwide :) Shipping time depends on what you've ordered! Each product is made to order just for you, so expect anywhere from 1-7 days for production before your product ships. We have warehouses both in the US and in Asia, so shipping times vary.
Generally, delivery will take 1-3 weeks from the time you placed your order, including production time. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org or our live chat!
Once our order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. You're welcome to contact us and we can do our best to help you :)
If your order is held in customs, you will have to call the customs office in your country and give them the information they need to release it. We'll be happy to provide any receipts or proof of purchase if you need it:) Keep in mind that all non US orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations, and unfortunately, we cannot control this or be responsible for these fees.
Sorry my friend, but customs fees are set by the country you live in. We can't control them at all and do not benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advacement fees accrued on a package.
Great question! It depends :) We own an awesome eco friendly factory in China, we also have a factory in the US as well. For some apparel and jewelry, it's made right here in the US with love and the rest is made by our amazing team in China. If you're worried about quality, because we also manufacture in China, rest assured! All of our products, no matter where they come from, are made with the best quality available and you won't be disappointed, we promise :)
